Therapy in New York
For more than 20 years, I have supported adults who feel stuck in painful patterns—whether in their relationships or within themselves—in finding a way forward.
I offer a warm, collaborative, and genuinely nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to make sense of your experiences.

Do you find yourself circling a decision that feels impossible to make?
Feeling weighed down by a relationship that seems more complicated than it should be—or more complicated than you want it to be?
Maybe your emotions feel overwhelming or tangled, and you’re longing for a place to slow down, be heard, and gently sort through what’s coming up. You don’t have to untangle it all on your own. Sometimes having someone steady and compassionate beside you can help bring clarity and guide you toward a path that truly feels right.
Together, we will work to deepen your understanding of your emotions and strengthen your sense of self so that old repetitive cycles begin to loosen their grip.
My hope is that through this process you will feel more supported, more connected—to yourself and to others—and more hopeful about the path ahead.
You don’t have to navigate it alone.
My Specialties
I offer in-person therapy sessions in my Upper West Side office, or online throughout New York
Whether something just happened or you’ve been carrying a concern for a while, therapy can give you a safe and supportive place to talk it through. Sessions are offer in-person on the Upper West Side or online.
Foster deeper connection, stronger communication and a renewed sense of closeness in your relationships, including those with a partner or family member.
Caring for aging parents while also raising children can be overwhelming, exhausting, and at times very isolating. Therapy offers you a way to care for yourself while still caring for those who depend on you.
Together, we can explore what you’re feeling and begin to understand why certain emotions or reactions show up the way they do. With curiosity and compassion, we may look at the roots of these patterns—family dynamics, earlier life experiences, the stories you learned about yourself—not to judge or place blame, but to deepen your understanding.
The goal is to help you make sense of how you became who you are, so you can move forward with greater clarity and self-acceptance.
