Whether you want to talk about something that just happened or you’ve been carrying a concern for a while, therapy can give you a safe and supportive place to talk it through.
Together, we can explore what’s been weighing on you, sort out what feels most overwhelming, and find new ways to help you feel less stuck and more at ease in your life.
Individual therapy sessions are 45 minutes long and are usually once a week, giving you consistent space and support as you work through what matters most to you. For some, meeting more than once a week can be especially beneficial, offering the opportunity to build momentum, deepen insight, and create lasting change.
I offer therapy in-person on the Upper West Side of Manhattan or online throughout New York.
