From an early age, I knew I wanted to become a therapist.
I was drawn to understanding how families work—the ways our relationships, patterns, and experiences shape who we become and how we move through the world.
That curiosity led me to Syracuse University, where I earned a BS in Family Studies and a BA in Psychology, and later to Fordham University, where I completed my Master’s in Clinical Social Work.
After receiving my LCSW, I spent six years working closely with adolescents and families in both outpatient and inpatient settings, learning firsthand the challenges, joys, and complexities that family life can bring. Those experiences inspired me to open my own private practice, where I can provide personalized care and support, helping clients feel seen, understood, and empowered in their own lives.

Additional Training
After a few years in private practice, I began a three-year training program at a Psychoanalytic Institute, which I found to be an invaluable part of my learning experience and a wonderful addition to my understanding, further enriching the work I do with my clients.
In my work, it’s very important that clients know any insights or observations we make about their families are never about blame or criticism. Instead, they are meant to help us better understand your experiences, your relationships, and the patterns that may be influencing your life today.
